Monocle’s Code of Conduct together with the Monocle Code of Ethics outlines the values, policies, controls, and procedures that govern the decisions and actions of all Monocle employees and suppliers. It sets the behavioural standards that are expected in our day-to-day engagement with colleagues, clients, suppliers, and the greater community.

Monocle’s Code of Ethics governs the decisions and actions of all Monocle employees and suppliers, provides guidelines for conducting business in a manner that aligns with the Company’s core values and ethics.

 

All employees, suppliers, contractors and other related third parties are bound to comply with the Monocle Code of Ethics, the Monocle Code of Conduct, the Monocle Policies and Procedures, and the Disciplinary Code and must read, understand, and apply the Codes as part of their day-to-day working. Furthermore, Monocle conducts robust due diligence checks across all parties in our value chain.
