Who We're Hiring:

We're hiring for a range of roles within our consulting teams. If you have experience in banking or a consulting background (within banking), we want to hear from you.

  • Business Analyst
    You will work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements, analyse operations, and recommend solutions that improve performance and compliance across banking functions.

  • Data Analyst
    Your role will be to help banking clients make data-driven decisions. You will be required to clean, analyse, and interpret large datasets to produce actionable insights, reports, and dashboards that support strategic and regulatory initiatives. The role combines technical data skills such as SQL, Python, or reporting tools, with business analysis, engaging directly with clients to understand their needs and translate them into analytical solutions.

  • Data Scientist
    Your role will require you to apply advanced statistical, machine learning, and computational methods to extract patterns, build predictive models, and generate actionable insights from structured and unstructured data.

  • Quantitative Analyst
    Your role will require you to apply mathematical, statistical, and computational techniques to model, price, and manage financial or business risks.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3 - 8 years' relevant experience in banking or consulting to banking clients.

  • Degree qualified (required) in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Econometrics, Statistics, or Data Sciences, with strong preference for a post graduate qualification.

  • Good technical skills, including experience with tools such as SQL, SAS, Python and Business Intelligence applications.

  • Subject matter knowledge in banking (RDARR, Treasury, Credit Risk, Market Risk etc)

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities

  • A passion for innovation, data, and digital transformation
